Storage Rules Reminder

Please make sure you do not have any belongings on your patio besides allowable furniture.
Do not leave bags of garbage on your patio.
Do not store your personal belongings, children’s toy collections, bicycles, or other household items on your patios.
Please maintain your rear decks as well. Do not leave construction material, tools, ladders, old appliances and the like behind your unit.
Personal items, bird feeders, decorative fencing, and landscaping decorations are not allowed in/on the common grounds without Board approval. Leave those items there At Your Own Risk.
