Bulk Pickup

Bulk items are NOT to be left in or next to the enclosures. Residents MUST contact Suburban Disposal directly to arrange for and schedule a bulk pickup. Contact Kathy at 732-393-1003 or Kathy@suburbandisposalinc.com to provide information on what you would like to dispose, and she can arrange for any necessary payments and scheduling. Residents are responsible for payment of any associated fees for bulk pickups. You will need to check with them to make sure the item is eligible for bulk pickup.

If your item(s) are not eligible for pickup from (e.g. TVs, electronics, large appliance). Then you will need to contact the Holmdel Township Public Work Department for instructions on drop off options (732-946-2820). Residents who do not follow these instructions will be fined, and back billed for any associated disposal fees. If you have any questions, contact the Property Manager’s office at 732-985-8500.

Storage Rules Reminder

  • Please make sure you do not have any belongings on your patio besides allowable furniture.
  • Do not leave bags of garbage on your patio.
  • Do not store your personal belongings, children’s toy collections, bicycles, or other household items on your patios.
  • Please maintain your rear decks as well. Do not leave construction material, tools, ladders, old appliances and the like behind your unit.
  • Personal items, bird feeders, decorative fencing, and landscaping decorations are not allowed in/on the common grounds without Board approval. Leave those items there At Your Own Risk.

Pets

Do not leave your dogs unattended on tie lines or leashes; likewise dogs are not allowed to run off- leash. If you see this occurring, please let the Property Manager know.

If your dog poops on the common area lawn, you and you alone are responsible to clean it up.

If you see someone walk their dog and not clean it up. If you see this occurring, please report it to the property manager. Pictures of the offending parties welcome. Help us enforce keeping the community clean.

Dog owners, PLEASE make every effort to walk your dog away from the beds, windows and walkways of your neighbor’s units. There is plenty of available open space within the community to permit you to walk your dog without your neighbor having to have to watch your dog go to the bathroom in their bushes. Be considerate.

2018 Annual Meeting

November 2018 Open Meeting – On November 26th, 2018 the Annual Meeting was held at the Hazlet Public Library on Middle Rd. Trustee Joseph Penevolpe ran for his expiring seat and was elected unopposed. There were no other candidates for the other 2 seats that were up for election.
